Do you provide a hand written or printed message service? Yes.I personally hand write or print your message in the greeting card for you and send it to the recipient directly. To order this way, go to the storefront. Select a card that you would like to send. After pressing the “Add to Cart” icon, you can then choose your option of either an Australian, Priority Australian or International recipient. When making your order via PayPal (you don’t need an account, you can just use a credit card) make sure you put the name and address of the recipient in the relevant fields. Your message can contain up to 255 characters, and you place your exact message in the “Note to Vendor” section of the PayPal checkout process. Your personal message will be delivered within 5 business days to your recipient. Please note there is also a priority service in case you would like to secure a faster delivery time. These orders are processed within 24 hours and sent via Express Post in Australia on the next business day.
Can I make an international order?
Yes. Postage cost will vary depending on delivery destination. Please contact me via email jessica@wrappersay.com.au Please make your email subject tab: International Order. I will notify you of the postage cost.
How long will my order take to process? Orders can take up to 7 days to process, not including postage time. Your order will not be processed until full payment has been received.
Am I notified when my order has been processed and sent out? Yes, please notify me via jessica@wrappersay.com.au of your email address and I will let you know when your order has been processed. Please make your email subject tab: Processing Query.
Privacy of information? Your privacy is highly respected and very important to me. Wrappersay will handle your information according to the Privacy Act. Your information will not be passed on to any third party.
Is making a payment online secure? Yes, Wrappersay uses PayPal, a secure online payment service. Your credit card details are encrypted to ensure your online security. As PayPal has such high security standards, Wrappersay prefers to use this as its primary payment method.
What other payment methods can I use? When making payments through PayPal, you can pay by logging on to PayPal (this requires you to have an account already set up with PayPal). However, there is also an option using PayPal to not sign up and pay by credit card instead. Proceed through PayPal to make a payment using your credit card only.
What other Payment types are accepted? You can pay by direct bank transfer using your internet banking “Pay Anyone” service via B-Pay. If you prefer to make payment in this manner, please email me at jessica@wrappersay.com.au and I will provide Wrappersay’s bank details. I also accept money orders and bank cheques made out to ‘Wrappersay’. No personal cheques are accepted.
How is my purchased product sent out? To protect your product, all orders are quality checked before they go out. Your order is protected by an Australia Post Tough Bag and re-inforced with a heavy cardboard liner to prevent the product from being damaged or bent in transit.
Where else can I purchase your products? I do not operate an actual storefront, however, I do attend local markets in the region of North East Victoria. Please keep checking this site’s Welcome page for local market times and dates. In the near future I will also include the names of any stores that stock my products on consignment.
How do I see the pictures of your products more clearly? To enlarge the product image please click on the image itself.
Can I subscribe to your blog? Yes. Click on the ‘Blog’ tab and you will see displayed on the right hand side of the screen three subscription options. Simply choose one and follow the prompts. Please check your email for verification of subscription.
Do you have a refund policy? Yes. Whilst every possible precaution is taken to protect your goods in transit, if any product is damaged I will happily replace your damaged goods. Return your damaged product to Wrappersay at PO Box 8031, Wodonga, Victoria, 3690, Australia. I will then priority mail your new order by Express Post. Comments and feedback are appreciated. Customer satisfaction is very important to me.
Do you have Wrappersay Gift Vouchers? Yes, these are available on request. Please email Jessica@wrappersay.com.au with the email subject tab: Gift Voucher. Gift vouchers are available in any value denomination. A Wrappersay Gift Voucher is a wonderful gift for those who appreciate quality stationary, uniquely Australian.
Do you have product ranges for seasonal events? Yes. Wrappersay will have special ranges for events such as Christmas and Easter.
